To make reading easier, these Terms use the following definitions:

Platform

The myMobiConf application and the systems that support it, including when it is made available in a customized version with an Organizer's name, brand or visual identity.

Organizer

The natural person or legal entity responsible for the Event, which uses the Platform to promote and manage it.

Event

The congress, fair, conference or meeting, with its activities, registered by the Organizer on the Platform.

User

You, the person who accesses the Platform, with or without an account.

Sponsor

A partner, exhibitor or advertiser of the Event, including those responsible for booths.

User Content

Everything you publish or send through the Platform: gallery photos, profile photo, comments, questions, reviews, reactions and answers to questionnaires.

These Terms are in effect for an indefinite period from your acceptance, recorded at the time of registration.

We may update these Terms to keep up with the evolution of the Platform or of the law. The current version and the date of the last update are always shown at the top of this document. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you through the application or by the registered email and ask for your new acceptance. If you do not agree with the new version, you may delete your account at any time, as described in section 14.

The Platform is intended exclusively for persons who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older or legally emancipated under civil law. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this requirement.

Persons under 18 may not create an account, even with the authorization of their parents or legal guardians.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, through a report or by any other means, the account and the data associated with it may be deleted. Parents and guardians who identify a minor's account may request its deletion through the contact email.

Minors may attend Events and appear in photos published by other participants. In these cases, the authorization rules in section 6 apply. Use of the Platform at Events aimed at an underage audience depends on a prior agreement between the Organizer and myMobiConf.

Public events can be browsed without an account. All other features require an account, created with a name, email and password.

When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:

• Provide true, complete and up-to-date information;
• Keep a single personal account;
• Not share your password and keep it confidential;
• Notify us immediately through the contact email if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for the actions taken with your account, except when they result from a security failure of the Platform.

myMobiConf provides the technology that allows the Organizer to promote and manage its Event. Each Event is the responsibility of its Organizer, who defines and is accountable for, among other things:

• The Event's schedule, speakers, venues and times;
• The notices and notifications it sends to participants;
• The moderation of content published in the Event, such as gallery photos;
• The rules for missions, giveaways and prize draws, and the delivery of prizes;
• The use it makes of the participant data and reports it receives through the Platform, under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

When the application is made available with an Organizer's name or brand, these Terms continue to apply, without prejudice to additional rules the Organizer sets for its Event, such as prize draw regulations.

The Platform allows you to publish photos in the Event gallery, a profile photo, comments, questions to speakers, reviews and reactions. This content may be displayed, together with your name, to the other Event participants, to the Organizer and to the speakers. You are solely responsible for what you publish.

Photos. When you upload a photo, you declare that you have the right to publish it and that you have obtained the authorization of the identifiable people in it and, in the case of children and adolescents, of their parents or guardians. Photos sent to the gallery receive the Event's watermark and are reviewed before becoming visible. If you enable the sharing option when uploading, other participants will be able to share the photo outside the application.

Moderation and reports. The Organizer and myMobiConf may approve, reject or remove content that violates these Terms, the law or the Event's rules, without prior notice. You can report inappropriate content using the reporting options available in the application or through the contact email. You may delete the content you have published at any time.

License. You retain the rights to your content. By publishing it, you grant myMobiConf and the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce and display it on the Platform and to promote the Event itself, including on the Organizer's channels, with attribution of authorship where applicable. The license lasts while the content remains published and ends when it is deleted, except for use already made while it was in effect and for anonymized statistical information.

Comments, reviews and open-ended answers to questionnaires may be processed by artificial intelligence tools, including those of third-party providers, to generate summaries and aggregate analyses of the Event for the Organizer and for academic research purposes. These summaries assess the Event as a whole and are not used to make individual decisions about you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You can connect with other participants through your profile QR code or by sending a request to the person's email. Whoever receives the request sees your name and email. Once a connection is accepted, the data you have included in your profile (such as phone number, education, industry, city, social networks and résumé link) becomes visible to that person.

Your profile QR code contains data that identifies you. Show it only to people you want to connect with.

Data obtained through connections may only be used for networking related to the Event. You may remove a connection or decline a request at any time.

Some Events offer missions. Those who complete the missions may receive giveaways or a number to enter prize draws. Participation is optional.

The rules, eligibility, holding of the draw, applicable legal authorizations and delivery of prizes are the sole responsibility of the Organizer, according to its Event's regulations. myMobiConf only provides the tool that records missions and generates the numbers. Receiving a number does not guarantee a prize.

Entries obtained through fraud or in breach of these Terms may be disqualified.

By checking in at a booth or answering a Sponsor's questionnaire, you agree that the corresponding information will be shared with that Sponsor and with the Organizer, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Sponsors' content, offers and giveaways are their own responsibility.

The application sends notices and notifications about the Event, sent by the Organizer or by the Platform. You can turn them off in the application's or your device's settings, being aware that you may stop receiving important information, such as schedule changes.

Some features request device permissions: the camera, to take photos and scan QR codes; the photo library, to choose and save images; and notifications. You may deny or revoke these permissions, in which case the corresponding features will stop working.

When using the Platform, you may not:

• Create more than one account, fake accounts or accounts in another person's name without authorization;
• Falsely declare that you are 18 or older in order to create an account;
• Check in to activities or booths without being physically present, check in on behalf of another person, or share images of QR codes for that purpose;
• Manipulate missions, connections, likes or reactions to obtain prize draw numbers, giveaways or prizes;
• Publish content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexual, defamatory, or that violates image rights, copyright or other third-party rights;
• Publish photos of people without their authorization, especially of children and adolescents without the authorization of their parent or guardian;
• Harass, threaten or bother other participants, speakers or organizers, including through questions, comments or connection requests;
• Use other participants' data obtained through the Platform to send unsolicited messages (spam), sell or transfer it, or for any purpose other than networking in the context of the Event;
• Collect data from the Platform by automated means (bots, scraping), reverse engineer it, exploit security flaws or overload its systems;
• Make reports you know to be false or in bad faith.

If we identify, on our own or following a report, a violation of these Terms, of the law or of the Event's rules, myMobiConf or the Organizer may adopt the following measures, in proportion to its seriousness:

• Removal or rejection of User Content;
• Disqualification from missions, giveaways and prize draws;
• Invalidation of check-ins;
• Restriction of features, suspension or deletion of the account.

You may contest the measure through the contact email. These measures do not exclude other applicable legal action.

You can delete your account at any time in the application itself, on the profile editing screen, or on the account deletion page.

Upon deletion, your registration and profile data are erased, and you lose access to your participation history and prize draw numbers. The content you have published and your participation history (such as check-ins, comments and questions) may be kept without any link to your identity. If you prefer that they be removed, delete them before deleting your account. Some data may be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform, including software, design, trademarks and texts, belongs to myMobiConf or its licensors. The trademarks and materials of the Events belong to the respective Organizers and Sponsors. Using the Platform does not grant you any license over these elements beyond what is necessary to use the application in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform may contain links to websites and services of Organizers, Sponsors and other third parties. These websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and myMobiConf is not responsible for them. Consult them before providing your data.

We strive to keep the Platform available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or due to technical failures. To allow offline use, the application stores Event information on the device, which may become outdated until the next synchronization. In case of discrepancy, the Organizer's official information prevails.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the Platform itself. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will give reasonable advance notice whenever possible, so that you can save your information.

To the extent permitted by law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, myMobiConf is not responsible for:

• The content, organization, cancellation or schedule changes of Events, which are defined by the Organizer;
• The opinions, articles, presentations or conduct of speakers and participants during Events;
• Giveaways, prizes and prize draws, which are the Organizer's responsibility;
• User Content published by other participants and content made available by Sponsors;
• The use that other participants make, in breach of these Terms, of the data you shared with them through the connections feature;
• Technical instabilities resulting from failures in the User's internet connection or in third-party telecommunication services.

The processing of your personal data follows the Privacy Policy below, which is an integral part of these Terms.

If any clause of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in force. Tolerance of a breach of any clause does not mean a waiver of the right to enforce it. Communications with you will be made through the registered email or through notifications in the application.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the judicial district to which the municipality of Florestal, Minas Gerais, Brazil, belongs — where myMobiConf is headquartered — are chosen to settle any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

To better understand this document, below are useful explanations of the main concepts addressed that are not in common use.

Personal Data

Any information capable of identifying, or making it possible to identify, a natural person.

Processing

Any form of use we may make of your Personal Data, including, but not limited to, the following activities: collection, storage, consultation, use, sharing, transmission, classification, reproduction, deletion and evaluation.

Data Subject

You, the natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Controller

Whoever makes the decisions about the processing of Personal Data. For the event you are attending, the controller is the event organizer. myMobiConf is a controller only for its own purposes: operation and security of the platform, compliance with legal obligations, improvement of the application, statistics and research.

Processor

Whoever processes Personal Data on behalf of the controller. This is us, myMobiConf, when we process event data on behalf of the organizer and according to its instructions.

Supervisory Authority

The public authority responsible for overseeing compliance with data protection law, such as the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in Brazil or the Data Protection Authorities of the European Union member states.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The person responsible for providing information about data processing to Data Subjects and to Supervisory Authorities, indicated at the end of this Policy and kept up to date on our website.

LGPD

Brazilian General Data Protection Law No. 13,709/2018, created to regulate the use of personal data.

GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which regulates the processing of personal data of individuals in the European Union.

All personal data collected observes good faith and the principles described in art. 6 of the LGPD and art. 5 of the GDPR, especially data minimization and necessity, with no indiscriminate collection of data. Therefore, whenever any Personal Data is collected, it will have a specific purpose defined by the event organizer or sponsors.

The Processing of Personal Data will take place from the beginning of your access to the website and application to enable the platform to work and to provide the best user experience, or you yourself will provide us with your personal information.

Data will be collected for the performance of a contract (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), upon the Data Subject's consent (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) or to meet the legitimate interests of the event organizer or, for its own purposes, of myMobiConf (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

You may choose not to provide some data, but you should be aware that this may result in certain restrictions on access to products or services. Data such as name and email, however, are essential for using the application and for enabling your participation in the event that uses the myMobiConf application.

As a rule, myMobiConf does not process sensitive Personal Data — racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a trade union or of a religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, genetic or biometric data — nor Personal Data of minors, as its content is intended for an adult audience.

However, the event organizer may occasionally include questions requesting sensitive data, and you may voluntarily answer questionnaires, providing such data at your sole convenience and decision, being aware of the risks of exposure.

In addition, the Personal Data provided may also be used to:

• Meet legal requirements;
• Comply with judicial decisions, regulatory decisions or decisions of competent authorities;
• Protect the operation of the event and ensure the safety of other users, detecting and preventing fraud;
• Provide information and statistics for automated decision-making, including profiling, about the event for organizers, sponsors and event advertisers, as well as for myMobiConf itself;
• Produce academic papers;
• Prevent or limit damages that may occur.

The Processing of Personal Data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only take place upon prior notice to the Data Subject, so that the rights and obligations set out herein will remain applicable if they are compatible with the changes communicated.

Personal Data will always be processed for your benefit as a visitor to the website or application, and there will be no sharing or sale of data to third parties unrelated to the event. After the collection indicated above, your Personal Data will only be made available through secure means to the following parties:

• myMobiConf, as processor and, for its own purposes, controller;
• The event organizer, as controller;
• Commercial partners, sponsors and advertisers of the event, through answers to questionnaires and check-ins made at their booths and activities;
• Other event participants, through the connections feature.

Personal Data provided to sponsors and advertisers will preferably be made available in anonymized and aggregated form, for statistical analysis only. However, if you voluntarily provide it, your profile information (such as name, industry, education and interests) may be made available in identified form to the event organizers and sponsors for commercial prospecting, networking or personalization of experiences.

Furthermore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications, products, services, websites or social media features that may be offered or accessed through the website or application. Accessing these links will cause you to leave the myMobiConf website or application and may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by third parties.

myMobiConf does not control, endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any website you interact with before allowing the collection and use of your Personal Data.

Finally, if you send us Personal Data relating to other natural persons, you declare that you have the authority to do so and that you have obtained the necessary consent to authorize the use of such information under the terms of this Privacy Policy; otherwise, it may be refused by myMobiConf. This is because the correct procedure is for each person to provide only their own Personal Data.

The Personal Data processed will be stored only for as long as there is justification for its retention, in order to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless there is any other reason for keeping it, such as compliance with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, among others permitted by law.

myMobiConf will store your Personal Data only in a digital environment, in a database hosted on an AWS (Cloud) system, which also enables its availability to the parties mentioned in the section above, who will also have access to the database.

Personal Data collected on the basis of consent will be deleted whenever you request it, as the Data Subject, safeguarding your rights, or when you decide to delete your account. In these cases, only platform usage data will be kept, which constitutes a history, such as: answers to questionnaires, additions to the schedule, check-ins, comments, questions and application usage data.

A technical analysis is carried out to determine the appropriate retention period for each type of Personal Data collected, considering its nature, the need for its collection and the purpose for which it will be processed, as well as any retention needs to comply with obligations or to protect rights.

In addition, certain Personal Data will be used for profiling and statistical analysis for automated decision-making by myMobiConf and others involved in the event, so that the resulting database — anonymized whenever possible — forms part of its intellectual property, as it is used for its business. Therefore, in these cases there will be no deletion of data, as it will be transformed into statistical information, aimed not at identifying the Data Subjects but at obtaining further data about the events sector.

myMobiConf takes responsibility for caring for your Personal Data so that its use fulfills the proposed purpose described in this Privacy Policy. To ensure the protection of your Personal Data, we adopt advanced technological resources and technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access and situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination.

Personal Data is transmitted using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, which ensures security and confidentiality, so that data transmission between the server and you takes place in an encrypted manner. Personal Data that may identify a Data Subject on the platform is anonymized/encrypted in the database.

However, even though we at myMobiConf make continuous efforts to keep Personal Data secure, we are not immune to every security incident. Unauthorized access and use of your information by third parties, hardware or software failures that are not under our control and other external factors may compromise the security of your Personal Data. For this reason, your actions are essential to maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

If you identify or become aware of any factor that compromises the security of your Personal Data in your relationship with us, please contact us using the contact information indicated below.

myMobiConf also undertakes that, in any case of a security incident, you will be notified within a reasonable time, and information about the extent of the harm and the measures to be adopted will be provided at that time.

This document will be updated periodically to keep up with the evolution of the services provided, as well as with current legislation. myMobiConf undertakes to keep the document up to date on its website and in the application for your reference.

As a Personal Data Subject, you have a series of rights under the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR. myMobiConf will safeguard them, and they are briefly listed below; if you have any questions, you may request further clarification from our DPO by email at mymobiconf@ufv.br.

The rights of the Data Subject are:

• Confirm the existence of data processing;
• Access your Personal Data;
• Request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of your Personal Data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law;
• Request the portability of your Personal Data;
• Withdraw or refuse consent to the processing of your Personal Data;
• Request the review of automated decisions made in the processing of your Personal Data;
• Object to the processing of your Personal Data;
• Request the deletion of your Personal Data processed on the basis of consent.

Requests received by the myMobiConf DPO will be handled as quickly as possible; however, there will be situations that require a longer response time or in which it will not be possible to comply with the Data Subject's request due to a legal or judicial determination.
